Phone: 435-673-3131Color Country Community Housing works to educate members of the community on affordable home options in our service area of Southern Utah: Washington County, Kane County, Garfield County, Iron County, Utah; Northern Arizona: Mohave County, Coconino County, Arizona; and Southern Nevada: Eastern Clark County, Nevada. We also provide Homebuyer Education and Homeownership Counseling, including credit repair, budget planning, understanding credit, and saving tips in preparation of buying a home.
