Lazy Days Apartment Complex is a Rural Development Section 515 project in Kanab, Utah. There are a total of thirty apartments, twenty of which are one-bedroom units reserved for senior citizens. Eight two-bedroom apartments and two three-bedroom apartments make up the balance. All units are rent subsidized to qualified low-income individuals.
