Color Country Community Housing has a vision is to assist families and individuals in all walks of life to be able to live in safe and affordable housing. Therefore we have developed a number of apartment projects to meet the needs of those people who need affordable places to rent. These units have included set-asides for women coming out of domestic violence situations, transitional housing, handicap accessible and seniors. Our new construction apartment projects utilize Low-Income Housing Tax Credits which provide for beauty in design while keeping rents affordable.
