Whispering Sands is a project which utilizes Southwest Territorial in its design to compliment its beautiful location just outside Glen Canyon National Park and Lake Powell. This project was designed with community in mind as all the living structures and play areas are away from the busy parking locations. This project will contain forty-eight apartments with a swimming pool and community center on four acres of land.
