Redhawk is nestled just outside the Zion National Park. Years of planning have come together to create this very beautiful and greatly needed project. As part of a mixed income development, four buildings with six apartments in each for a total of twenty-four apartments plus a community center will be constructed. Xeriscape landscaping, stone and stucco exteriors will be used. There will be one to three bedroom units that will be affordable to those with low- and very-low income possibly working in the service and tourism industries so prevalent in this pristine location.
