Fountain Heights is an apartment community consisting of 121 units constructed in two phases. This project is located on ten acres purchased from the State and Institutional Trust Land Administration. This apartment community serves a variety of household needs based on income levels, family size and other needs. The project includes six units that are fully handicapped accessible, and ten units of transitional housing for formerly homeless families participating in programs designed to help them become financially self-sufficient.

Desert Rose

Desert Rose consists of 66 units of rental housing built on approximately 5.4 acres of land. This apartment community serves a variety of households based on income levels, family size, and other needs. It includes thirty 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units to meet the requirements of larger households. It also includes four units that are fully handicapped accessible. Five transitional set-aside units are reserved for women and children who are victims of abuse, who are participating in programs designed to help them become financially self-sufficient.
