River Wood, with its beautiful views, will offer 16 Mutual Self Help homes. Three bedroom, two bath, double car garage homes with either unfinished upper or lower floors for room to grow will be constructed. Newly designed floor plans with approximately 1,700 - 1,900 total square feet. The first group is slated to break ground fall of 2008. Now taking applications.

Sunrise Meadows
Mesquite, Nevada
Sunrise Meadows is the first Mutual Self Help project for Color Country Community Housing in the State of Nevada. Color Country has developed the first phase of a two phase subdivision which will ultimately be the home for 60 homes; the vast majority of which will be Self-Help housing. The first group of six homes has been completed and looks beautiful. The homes are stucco with rock exteriors and fit in nicely with the surrounding area. Applications are now being taken for future groups.

Mesa Hills
Kanab, Utah
Mesa Hills is a 47-lot mixed income subdivision developed by Color Country Community Housing to help meet the affordable housing needs of residents in the beautiful Kanab, Utah area; gateway to many National and State Parks. Fifteen of the lots will be sold at market rate; twenty lots will be sold to qualified buyers for a below market price; and twelve lots will be set aside for the Mutual Self Help program. Applications are now being taken for future groups.
