CCCHI offers homebuyer education and counseling in group and individual sessions with a trained Program Counselor.

Homebuyer Education Class
The Homebuyer Education class is to help prepare you to purchase and own a home. Attending the class is required by many lenders. In the class, you'll learn assessing buyer readiness, successful budgeting, credit issues, financing a home and the mortgage process, selecting a home, the closing process and maintaining a home. We try to have some fun too. The Class is taught by CCCHI. Community volunteers, such as loan officers, title company closers and real estate brokers, often assist in teaching the program. The class is typically offered monthly on Saturdays. Registration is required.
Our class is accredited by HUD.
Classes are free. We provide some snacks and drinks. You'll also receive a homeownership book and information to last a lifetime.

Homeownership Counseling
CCCHI staff provides free one-on-one counseling services to prospective homebuyers, offering guidance and support with debt management, credit repair, budgeting, loan applications, contracts and the home buying process. For more information, contact our staff.
