Located in the town of Tropic, just minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park, is the Bryce Meadows Subdivision. Six of the homes are part of the CROWN Lease-to-Own program. With amazing views these homes offer three bedrooms and two baths, as well as front porches gracing the front of each home. Through the CROWN program, a portion of each household's monthly rent is applied to the purchase price of the home, which can be purchased after the fifteen-year rental period expires. This program is available to low and very low income renters only.
