Mesa Hills - Located in beautiful Kanab, Utah, also known as "Little Hollywood", is the Mesa Hills subdivision. Surrounded by majestic red rock, these three bedroom; two bath homes complete with double car garage, are part of the CROWN Lease-to-Own program. Through CROWN a portion of each household's monthly rent will be applied toward the purchase price. Once the fifteen-year rental period has expired, the home may then be purchased. This subdivision will offer five CROWN homes. This program is for only low and very low income renters.
