| Ty has 14 years of varied construction experience and is a licensed General Building Contractor in the State of Utah. His construction background includes land development, residential and commercial construction. Ty has extensive business management and supervisory experience working in business, construction, and manufacturing industries, and has his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree. |

| Tracy Dutson |
Project Development Manager |
| Tracy has over 10 years of experience in project development, finance, and construction management. Project developments include both multi-family apartment buildings and market rate single family subdivisions. Tracy has prepared financial packages for projects utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program as well as many other creative funding sources. Tracy has his Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. |

| Keith comes from as wide range of experiences, including twelve years in education,
both higher and secondary teaching, and four years in college recruitment, financial aid and federal student loan
processing, and fifteen years in residential construction with knowledge of various roofing techniques, electrical work,
painting, landscaping and the many tasks in owner-builder construction. keith has his MA in technical writing and is
continuing his studies with George Wythe College in statesmanship.

| Rose has over 33 years experience in all areas of accounting including: accounts receivable/ payable, billing, collections, banking, bank reconciliation, human resource, payroll, general ledger, taxes, license and permits, and 25 years experience in managerial positions. Rose graduated from Cerritos College in Business Management. |

| Rebecca has eight years experience in non-profit affordable housing developmemt management and grant writing. She has worked as the founder, president and Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah. Rebecca has additional experience in real estate, title, and mortgage lending. |

| Mark Woodbury |
Construction Director |
| Mark (Woody) Woodbury started in construction at age 18 building homes in Texas. He later went on to large scale construction projects in Colorado, Louisiana, and Utah. He then joined the U.S. Air Force, serving 21 years acquiring Associate Degrees in Space Systems and Munitions Systems Technology. Due to his construction expertise, the Air Force assigned him to manage and supervise construction projects in Germany, Italy, Guam and Australia. |

| Mark is a student at Southern Utah University and is studying Construction Management. He is serving as one of our on-site Construction Supervisors in the Cedar City area and has been with CCCHI since Sept 6, 2005. Mark has strong leadership abilities and works well with keeping families together. |

| Maria Sotelo has over eight years experience in accounting including: accounts receivable/payable, billing, banking and processed payroll and payroll taxes for 34 states. Maria is bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write and speak). She attended Compton Community College, Compton California completing two years in Business Administration/Payroll/Accounting. She owns and operates a commercial and residential cleaning service. |

Eight members comprise CCCHI's Board of Trustees. Corporate by-laws mandate a
three-way split between public, private, and low-income sectors. CCCHI's board consists of individuals such as Bankers, Realtors,
Builders, and Business owners from the Private sector; Federal, State, County and City officials are eligable to represent the
Public Sector; Homeless Advocate groups, and Low-Income
individuals make up the Low-Income Representatives.
