Red Hawk at Springdale is nestled just outside the Zion National Park. Years of planning have come together to create this magnificent project. Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R'S) will ensure that this development is world class. Phase I consists of 15 custom single-family homes and Phase II consists of 24 multi-family units. Xeri-scape landscape, stone and stucco exterior will be used. Seven of the single-family custom homes will be subsidized to assist qualified citizens to achieve home ownership. Eight of the single-family custom homes will be sold at market rate. The custom homes will consist of floor plans ranging from 2-5 bedrooms. The multi-family rental apartments will be Low-Income Housing Tax Credit 1-3 bedroom units. As a result of the unique topography of Red Hawk, breathtaking views are found of Zion National Park throughout the entire development.

Lazy Days Apartments complex is a Rural Development Section 515 project in Kanab, Utah. There are a total of 30 apartments, 20 of which are one-bedroom units reserved for senior citizens. Eight two-bedroom apartments, and two three-bedroom apartments make up the balance. All units are rent-subsidized to qualified low-income individuals.

Sunflower Heights is a ten-lot subdivision that initiated our Mutual Self-Help program. Four 4-Bedroom town homes and six 3-bedroom town homes ranging from 1500 to 2,000 square feet were constructed. The three bedroom home won first place in design at the National Mutual Self-Help Conference in 2001. Through this program, low- and very-low income families moved into their new homes with over 20 thousand dollars equity.

Fountain Heights I & II is an apartment community consisting of 121 units of rental multi-family housing. This project is located on 10 acres purchased from the State and Institutional Trust Administration. This apartment community serves a variety of household needs based on income levels, family size and other needs. The project includes six units that are fully handicapped accessible, and 10 units of transitional housing for formerly homeless families participating in programs designed to help them become financially self-sufficient. Phase I was completed March 2002 and Phase II was completed April 2004

The Desert Rose Apartment Community consists of 66 units of rental multifamily housing built on approximately 5.4 acres of land in St. George, Utah. The proposed apartment community serves a variety of household needs based on income levels, family size, and other needs. It includes 30 three and four-bedroom units to meet the requirements of large households. It also includes four units that are fully handicapped accessible. Five units of transitional set-aside units are reserved for women and children who are victims of abuse, who are participating in programs designed to help them become financially self-sufficient. Eight of the two bedroom units would rent for as little as $235/month, affordable to many single-parent households with only part-time employment or on fixed incomes.

Country Lane Subdivision is an established neighborhood located on Cedar City's west side. Seven new households completed the neighborhood with the first Mutual Self-Help program in Cedar City. The homes are 2 story with five 4-bedroom two 3-bedroom units

 
BLACK ROCK PUD

Black Rock PUD is the site for the second group of Mutual Self-Help homeowners. Five homes have been completed. The homeowners chose from three different house designs ranging from a 1350 sq ft 3-bedroom to a 1500 sq ft 4-bedroom. The homes are were built for approximately $105,000 and appraise at $150,000.

The Ridge Subdivision is a new 38 lot development in Enoch, a rural community northwest of Cedar City. Eight Mutual Self-Help homes have been completed, ranging from 1350 sqaure feet to 1500 square feet.

Northfield Subdivision is the newest Mutual Self Help project in Cedar City. Nestled among other market rate homes, eight families have completed construction on their own homes using the Mutual Self Help form of construction. After contributing many, many hours of labor on their homes, the families have created equity and have built their own beautiful home with which they can be proud.

Bryce Meadows Nine miles from the entrance of Bryce Canyon National Park in Garfield County lies the town of Tropic. Partnering with Tropic City, and Ruby's Inn, (a year-around destination resort that employs more than 500 people during the peak season), CCCHI has developed a subdivision to serve affordable housing needs, supplying 35 single-family homes, and 12 units of rental family housing. Twenty-one lots were completed June 2003. Six CROWN lease-to-own homes were completed January 2005

Sunrise Meadows is a 61-lot subdivision. This is our first project in Nevada. Groups of eight families will work together to provide 65% of the labor required to build their own homes. The homes will range from approximately 1350 square feet to 1500 square feet and have stucco exteriors with tile roofing.
